Our client contacted us with a smaller scheme initially. We recommended a local architect that we felt was suitable to their requests and design. The new drawings where produced and passed by local planning dept.

The finish design was 5 bedrooms with en-suites & an additional guest area within the attic again with en-suite. The ground floor has been installed with underfloor heating throughout with tile & solid oak flooring finish. The master en-suite has been installed to the highest spec including a shower/steam room with audio speakers set within the ceiling & a specialist wall mounted TV set flush into the wall. The external landscaping has been completely renewed. Front has electric gates installed with CCTV, the rear has a large patio area around the swimming pool with hidden flower bed speakers.

The contract period for this project was 40 weeks we completed within 37 with additional items added throughout.
