OVERVIEW

The client approached us with a designed drawing. Demolition of the attached existing annexe forming a new extension with the whole roof being taken off and replaced incorporating two bedrooms and a bathroom within the loft (let) space.

The 1st floor was designed with 4 bedrooms the master with a large en-suite & family bathroom. This designed was passed with conditions that the remaining cast iron windows where to remain but with new double glazed glass. Also double glazed glass, the front being bubble type double glazed units and a new chimney & fireplace was installed with liner with a designer log burner installed within the lounge. The ground floor is installed with reclaimed oak & new staircases with a oak handrail. The client was in a rented accommodation throughout the project and didn’t want to go over the six month rental period. We again managed to prevent the client from extending their rental contract and completed within the six months.
